Flow alerts and notifications

Flows may sometimes experience errors or connectivity issues. viaSocket ensures you are promptly notified whenever a failure occurs and provides detailed logs to help you quickly identify the cause and resolve the issue efficiently.

We send you alerts by email, but you can also choose a custom option to receive notifications through other apps such as Slack, Elastic Email, or any other platform of your choice.

viaSocket provides logs for every failure. You can access these logs from Metrics and also from History of each flow.

You can also filter and choose the specific flows for which you want to see the logs.
