If your Task limit is exceeded:
Your workspace will be blocked.
Executions will be paused, so your flows will not continue running.
If your Credit limit is exceeded:
Flows that use paid plugs will be blocked.
Those flows will be paused, while other flows can continue running.

Understanding Tasks and Credits
viaSocket uses two usage metrics:
Tasks
A task is counted for every individual step that runs in a workflow, including the trigger.
If your workflow has a trigger and 3 action steps, each run consumes 4 tasks.
Credits
Credits in viaSocket are used when a workflow runs any paid app, built-in tool, or AI agent step.
How Credits Are Used -
Different actions consume different amounts of credits based on what they do:
SMS messages cost 1 credit in some countries and 5 in others.
WhatsApp messages cost 5 credits each.
