Actions for AI (also called MCP servers)

This option allows your AI or AI agent to perform real actions in different apps automatically. Instead of only generating responses or suggestions, the AI can decide what task needs to be done and trigger the appropriate action in connected tools like email, CRM, messaging platforms, or support systems.

When you enable this, viaSocket acts as a secure execution layer between the AI and your applications. The AI analyzes the situation, determines the next step, and then calls the correct workflow action through MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.

AI can trigger a wide range of actions, such as:

• Sending emails or notifications

• Updating CRM records

• Creating support tickets

• Scheduling meetings

• Posting messages in Slack or other collaboration tools

So instead of building fixed automations, you allow AI to dynamically choose the right action based on the context of the request or data.
