Pause or Delete Your Workflows

Pause a Workflow

Use Pause when you need to temporarily stop a workflow without losing any of its settings or data. This is ideal when you want to halt the workflow for a short period and then resume it later without reconfiguring everything.

Steps:

  1. Go to your workspace and locate the workflow you want to pause.

  2. Click on the settings icon (…) next to the workflow.

  3. From the menu, select Pause.

  4. The workflow will stop running but will remain in your list of workflows.

  5. To resume the workflow, toggle the button at the top to Active.

Delete a Workflow

Use Delete when you no longer need the workflow and want to permanently remove it from your workspace. This action cannot be undone after 7 days. Within 7 days of deleting a workflow, you can recover it from the trash, but after 7 days, it will be permanently deleted from your workspace.

Steps:

  1. Go to your workspace and locate the workflow you want to delete.

  2. Click on the settings icon (…) next to the workflow.

  3. Select “Move to Trash” from the menu.

  4. You can undo the deletion anytime within 7 days by simply clicking the toggle at the top.
