viaSocket — A journey from basic automation to full-stack AI orchestration

Where it all started

Walkover, known for building MSG91, has always delivered simple, scalable solutions to real-world challenges.

And from that same spirit, two members of the Walkover team who helped shape MSG91 set out to tackle a new challenge: “Why is automation still so complicated?”

They saw teams wasting time manually syncing tools, repeating the same steps, and struggling to scale operations without developer support.

That’s how viaSocket was born — to make automation simple, smart, and accessible.
A platform where you can bring your own automation ideas, discover new ones, and actually execute them — all without writing a single line of code.

Because if we could simplify business communication with MSG91,
we knew we could simplify workflows too.

From idea to infrastructure

viaSocket began as a scrappy side project—a visual, no-code interface to connect a few apps for internal marketing use.
We built our first prototype in 90 days.
Then came the early users. Then came feedback. Then the fire.

  • The first version supported 10 apps.

  • Today, we support over 1,500+ integrations and have processed millions of tasks for businesses across the globe.

Our journey hasn’t been linear. We’ve rebuilt our automation engine 3 to 4 times. We pivoted to add real-time triggers. We rolled out AI-based intent recognition to help users describe what they want in plain English.

We didn’t just build a tool. We built a movement to kill busywork.

Numbers that speak louder

  • 10,000+ active workflows running monthly

  • 1,500+ app integrations available today — and counting

  • 25,000+ hours saved for our users every month

  • 30,000+ customers across the globe

  • 4.5/5 ratings on platforms like Capterra

We’re not just a platform—we’re a productivity engine.

What drives us

At viaSocket, we believe:

  • Simplicity beats complexity.

  • Do people actually need what we’re building?

  • Time is your most valuable resource.

  • Automation isn’t about replacing humans—it’s about unlocking their potential.

  • Anyone should be able to build powerful workflows—no code required.

We are a diverse, collaborative team working across different locations, united by one shared belief:
Nobody should ever have to do the same task twice.

Eight years ago, I started viaSocket with a small, passionate team and a singular goal: to put the power of integrations into the hands of every professional. Back then, it felt like a monumental challenge, but today, it’s a journey I’m incredibly proud of.

What keeps me excited every day is witnessing the incredible processes that people can automate — without writing a single line of code. The creativity and efficiency our users unlock using viaSocket is what truly drives me forward.

My team and I welcome both praise and criticism. Praise reassures us that we’re on the right track, confirming that we’re addressing the real issue of automating repetitive tasks. Criticism, on the other hand, reminds us that there’s always room for improvement. It motivates us to continuously simplify and enhance the automation experience for our customers.

Throughout this journey, I’ve come to realize that viaSocket, my team, and I exist because of you — our customers. Without you, none of this would matter. You’re at the heart of everything we do. Because of you, we get to wake up every morning and work on a product we love. We get to solve problems and build tools that help people like you work faster, smarter, and better.

If there’s ever a moment when something doesn’t seem right — whether it’s a bug, a feature request, or even just a question about automation — please don’t hesitate to reach out. My sole purpose is to be here for you, and I, as one of the founders, am within your reach. If anything seems off, please talk to me directly. I’m here for you, personally. I want to hear from you, and so does my team. We’re always ready to listen and help in any way we can.

Our mission is simple: to empower you to turn your automation ideas into reality. We want you to feel confident in sharing your ideas with us, knowing that we’re eager to help bring them to life. Whether you're automating a small task or building a complex workflow, we're here to make sure the process is seamless, efficient, and truly works for you.

Together, we'll keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible with automation. Your success is our success, and I’m committed to ensuring viaSocket is always there to help you grow, simplify, and succeed.

If you ever need a hand, or just want to chat about how we can make things even better, drop me an email or schedule a meeting.  I’m just a click away from helping you out!

I still remember the day when the first version of viaSocket launched, with just a handful of apps. Over time, customers like you brought us new challenges and a growing demand for a wider range of integrations.

It quickly became clear that the best way to build something truly amazing is by listening to the very people who use it. Your feedback and suggestions have been the driving force behind our continuous improvement.

Today, I’m proud to say that we have 1,500+ integrations, including popular ones like Slack, Microsoft, Razorpay, and many more.
We also integrate with the leading AI tools on the market, including OpenAI, Fireflies, Claude AI, and many others. We've seen customers unlock countless use cases — from reducing admin work to personalizing lead generation.

As we look ahead, we're more committed than ever to simplifying automation, empowering your workflows, and constantly improving viaSocket based on your needs. The journey doesn’t stop here. We’ll continue to grow, adapt, and listen to you — because your success is our success.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. Together, we’ll keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible with automation.

If viaSocket is getting any recognition today, it’s only because of the amazing team who built it with their heart and soul.

The tireless efforts of the team are unforgettable, with each member bringing their unique touch to make viaSocket what it is today:

  • The problem-solvers — obsessed with clear logic and putting the user first.

  • The clarity creators — turning chaos into smooth, intuitive solutions.

  • The automators — working relentlessly to ensure the product keeps evolving.

  • The deadline chasers — sprinting towards goals with unmatched drive.

  • The partners builders — always working to expand reach and impact.

And to the unsung heroes:

  • The interns who pushed out critical features.

  • The devs who gave up weekends.

  • The teammates who never said, “This is too much,” but instead said, “Let’s do it.”

If viaSocket is anything today, it’s not because of one person.
It’s because of this amazing team.
