What is viaSocket?

viaSocket is a AI workflow automation tool that helps you connect different apps to automate tasks without any coding. viaSocket supports automations between 2,000+ apps, including Slack, Google Sheets, and Gmail.

viaSocket streamlines your workflows by connecting the tools and web applications you use every day to automate repetitive tasks. To set up these automations, you create "Workflows," which are automated sequences that link two or more apps together.

Each Workflow consists of a "Trigger" (an event that kicks off the automation) and one or more "Actions" (tasks that run after the trigger).

For example, when you receive a new email in Gmail (Trigger), viaSocket can automatically add the email details to a Google Sheet (Action).

With viaSocket, you can build

workflows

to connect your apps and automate tasks. Each workflow has a trigger that starts the automation and actions that follow. Once published, your workflow runs automatically every time the trigger event occurs.

How to build Workflows in viaSocket

Step 1: Set Up Your Trigger

The

trigger

is the event that starts your workflow. For example, it could be when a new lead is captured in your CRM.
