Human Intervention
The Human Intervention feature allows workflows to pause for manual review or approval at critical points. Once the required action is taken, the workflow resumes automatically, ensuring accuracy and control in your automation process.
Why Human Intervention is Needed
Human intervention is needed when a task requires a person's decision to continue.
For example, an e-commerce company has a workflow that processes expense reports. The system can automatically gather the expenses, but it needs a manager to approve or deny the report before it gets paid. The workflow pauses and waits for the manager's decision, only proceeding after the manager either approves or rejects it.
