Getting Started - Help Scout

To connect Help Scout with 1,600+ apps, follow this step-by-step guide:

1. Sign up or log in to viaSocket.

2. Create a new workspace or use an existing one.

3. In the dashboard, click “Create New Flow.”

4. Choose your trigger and action apps.

5. Authorize the selected apps.

To authorize Help Scout, follow these steps:

1. Go to Connections > click on “Connect new app”

2. Search for 'Help Scout' in the search bar.

3. Enter your email address or continue with Google.

4. Click the “Authorize” button to grant viaSocket the required permissions to connect with your Help Scout account.
