Getting Started - Attio
This guide explains how to connect Attio with viaSocket and start using it in workflows with 2,200+ apps.
Attio is a flexible CRM platform for managing companies, people, deals, lists, and tasks. By connecting Attio to viaSocket, you can automatically sync records, update lists, and trigger actions in Attio whenever something happens in your other tools — without writing any code.
Prerequisites
An active viaSocket account
An Attio account
An Attio API Token (with Read-write scope recommended)
Step 1: Sign in to viaSocket
Step 2: Connect Attio to viaSocket
To authorize Attio, follow these steps:
Go to Dashboard → Connections and click Connect new app.
Search for 'Attio' in the search bar.

Enter your Attio Access Token. You can find your Access Token from your Attio workspace under Settings → API Tokens. For full access to all triggers and actions, set the token's permissions to Read-write.

Click Add Connection.
Once authenticated, the Attio connection will be ready to use in your workflows.
Step 3: Build Workflows
After connecting Attio, you can automate common CRM tasks such as:
Create or update a record in Attio whenever a new lead or contact comes in from another app
Trigger a workflow whenever a new record is created in Attio (e.g. sync new companies or people to another tool)
Add or update an entry in an Attio list whenever a record meets certain criteria
Create a task in Attio automatically from form submissions, emails, or other app events
Add a note to an Attio record whenever new information is captured elsewhere in your stack
