Managing Workflows

Once your workflow is built, you can manage it from your dashboard. You can go live, pause, duplicate, move to a collection, or trash a workflow anytime. viaSocket also lets you reorder steps, manage app connections, and control how each action behaves — all without rebuilding from scratch.

• Turn on / off – activate or pause a workflow anytime without deleting it.

• Duplicate – copy a workflow as a starting point for a new one.

• Delete – permanently remove a workflow. This cannot be undone.
