Actions
- The flow immediately places an outbound call through FreJun to the phone number on the Airtable record, using the contact’s name for context.
- It waits a few minutes to allow the call to complete.
- Then it fetches the latest call details from FreJun for that phone number.
- If the call was answered:
- A concise Slack message is sent to your chosen channel with lead details, call time, and the recording link (when available).
- The Airtable record is updated: Call Status is set to “Completed,” Last Call Date is saved, the FreJun Call ID is stored, and “Slack Notified” is marked true.
- If the call wasn’t answered:
