Trigger Event
A Monday.com board item is updated and meets both conditions:
- Deal status is Closed Won
- Onboarding status is Not Done
Actions
- Create a Trello card on your chosen board/list using details from the Monday item: client name, email, deal value, start date, scope, and first tasks (from subitems).
- Save the Trello card URL back to the same Monday item and set your onboarding status column to Done, so anyone can jump straight to the card.
