Trigger Event

When a new record is created in your chosen Airtable base and table (optionally filtered by a view), this automation starts.

Actions

  • The contact’s Phone and Name fields are read from the new Airtable record. A personalized SMS is sent via BulkGate to that phone number.
  • BulkGate returns a unique SMS ID for the message. The same Airtable record is then updated to store this SMS ID in the “Bulkgate Message Id” field, so you can trace delivery and campaign performance later.
