Reviewer actions (including username, decision, and timestamp) are logged for full auditability.

10. Smart Response Handling

  • If approved by an authorized reviewer, a confirmation is sent and logged with the reviewer's name and date.
  • If rejected or unauthorized, a warning is sent and no action is taken.
