Trigger Event

A scheduled run every 5 minutes fetches new/updated rows from your “Raw Cold Call List.”

Actions

• Validate the phone number for each lead using a phone verification service (carrier, format, validity).
• If the number is valid ➜ save the lead to the “Validated Leads” table with name, phone, email, and source.
• If the number is invalid ➜
  • save the lead to the “Invalidated Leads” table for review, and
  • send an email asking the contact to share a correct phone number.
