Automate Monthly AI Rating for Developers from PRs to Metrics

Introduction

Turn PR activity into a clear KPI automatically. Each month, capture a developer’s average AI-assessed PR rating and save it to your Metrics table for easy reporting. 📈

Trigger Event

Runs on a schedule: 12:00 PM on the 1st of every month.

Actions

• Look up PR records from the last 30 days for the specified assignee and keep only those with an AI rating.
• If PRs exist, calculate the average AI rating and round it up to the nearest whole number.
• Look up the developer’s name in your Individuals table (Development department) to ensure a clean, human-readable label.
• Save a new Metrics row with:
  • Metric: “Average PR rating by AI”
  • Individual: the matched developer name
  • Value: the rounded-up average
  • Date: today’s date (DD-MM-YYYY)
• If no recent PRs with AI ratings are found, no metric is created.
