    • The workflow sends the email via Gmail using your subject and message.
    • It then stores status details back in the same row (Sent, Thread ID, dates, follow-up date).
  • If Email Body is empty (and Status is Pending):

    • The workflow visits the Website URL and creates a short page summary.
    • An AI agent uses the summary + Tool Name to write a concise, personalized collaboration pitch.
    • Quality checks ensure the content is long enough and meaningful before sending.
    • The email is sent via Gmail, and the Sheet row is updated with Sent status, Thread ID, last action date, and a 3‑day follow-up date.
    • If the website content isn’t usable, the row is updated to reflect that (so you can review later), without sending an email.
