  • The workflow then detects the lead’s State from the City. It checks the lead’s state field, tries a city→state lookup, and if missing, asks an AI helper to identify the correct Indian state.
  • If State is found, the workflow will find (or create) a state-specific Custom Audience in your Meta Ad Account and add the same lead there. This keeps geographic audiences fresh.
  • If a Lead Source is present (e.g., Website, Justdial, TradeIndia), it will also find (or create) a lead-source audience and add the lead to it—perfect for source-based campaigns.
  • If State was missing but City existed, the workflow writes the detected State back to the lead in Sangam CRM so your CRM stays clean and usable for future reporting.

What gets sent to Facebook: the lead’s available identifiers such as email, phone, first name, last name, city, state, and country—so matching performs well.
