Trigger Event
A new email arrives in Gmail. You can filter by sender, subject, or label so only inbound inquiries (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial) start the flow.
Actions
- The email is cleaned and parsed to pull key fields: customer name, company, product, requirement, phone, email, city, state, plus the detected source (IndiaMART/TradeIndia/Justdial).
- The workflow keeps just one clean phone number and the first valid email so your records stay tidy.
