Trigger Event

A new email arrives in Gmail. You can filter by sender, subject, or label so only inbound inquiries (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial) start the flow.

Actions

  • The email is cleaned and parsed to pull key fields: customer name, company, product, requirement, phone, email, city, state, plus the detected source (IndiaMART/TradeIndia/Justdial).
  • The workflow keeps just one clean phone number and the first valid email so your records stay tidy.
  • A new row is added to Google Sheets capturing all lead details for reporting and team visibility.
  • If a phone number is available, an immediate WhatsApp template message is sent via MSG91 to acknowledge the inquiry. A small randomized delay is added before the next touch so messages feel natural, not robotic.
  • After the delay, a WhatsApp follow‑up is sent. If your sheet contains a message for that contact, it’s used; otherwise, a fallback follow‑up goes out. A final timed follow‑up is sent later to re‑engage politely.
