  • The workflow looks up a small “counter” value in Memory to know who should get the next lead.
  1. Auto‑rotate the salesperson
  • Based on the counter, it selects the next person from a preset list and then updates the counter so the following lead goes to the next person.
  1. Parse key details
  • Extracts Quantity from the enquiry message when present.
  • Cleans the mobile number by removing dashes for a uniform format.
  1. Save the lead to Google Sheets
  • Adds a new row with: Enquiry Id, Enquiry Time, Source, Buyer Name, Company Name, Email, Product/Requirement, Quantity, City/Location, Mobile Number, Subject.
