Trigger Event

When a row is added or updated in Google Sheets (watching the “vendor name” and “date” columns), the automation starts.

Actions

• First, the workflow checks the Vendor name. If it starts with the letter “N”, the flow continues. If not, it quietly stops.
• The date from the sheet is neatly reformatted to DD/MM/YYYY for easy reading.
• The workflow then waits for 2 minutes to avoid instant pings and allow last‑second edits.
• Finally, a Slack message is sent to your selected channel via the viaSocket bot, sharing:
  • Owner/Vendor: the value from “vendor name”
