Never Forget Important Data

You can save data in Memory by designating specific fields or outputs from one step that you want to use later in the workflow. This stored data can then be recalled at any point in the workflow as needed.

Generally, Memory stores data within the context of a single workflow, but in some cases, it can be configured to share data across workflows if those workflows are part of a larger, connected process.

Data remains in Memory for the duration of the workflow or as long as you specify. Some workflows allow you to set custom time limits for how long Memory should retain specific data.
