Actions

• It only proceeds when the row is marked Status = "Done" and the Scheduled Date matches today.
• For each qualifying row, it publishes a photo to your Instagram Business account using:
  • Media URL for the image
  • Caption text for the post
• Each ready row is processed in sequence so multiple posts can go out on the same day if needed.
