Actions

• Check each row’s Document Status.

• If documents are completed:

  • Create a professional HTML offer letter using AI with the candidate’s details from the sheet (name, role, salary, email).
  • Convert the HTML to a polished PDF.
  • Save the PDF to Google Drive and get a shareable link.
  • Update the sheet with Offer Sent status and the offer letter link.
  • Email the candidate the offer with the Drive link and a clear next step to accept.

• If documents are not completed:

  • Email a polite reminder listing any pending items.
  • Update the sheet status to Document Pending for easy tracking.
