Trigger Event: Intercom Conversation Closed

This workflow starts each time an Intercom conversation is closed. That means as soon as you finish resolving a customer query, the automation is ready to send the next message—notifying your team or sending a personalized follow-up to the customer.


Actions

Delay

After the trigger, the process pauses for a set time (minimum 1 minute). This brief delay allows things to settle or gives your team time before the follow-up goes out. You can adjust the delay to fit your business needs.

Conditional Check

The workflow checks that a conversation ID is present. This ensures the follow-up only happens when there’s a valid conversation, preventing unnecessary emails.

Send Gmail Email

Once verified, the automation sends a follow-up email through Gmail. This ensures your customer gets a timely response right in their inbox.

Convert Timestamp to IST

The system automatically converts conversation times to Indian Standard Time for clear communication or logging.

Send Outlook Email
