Instructions

1. Fetch Ad Insights (Facebook):

Pull campaign, ad set, and ad-level metrics such as:

Campaign Name

Ad Set Name

Impressions

Clicks

Leads Generated

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Spend

Date

Prepare Google Sheet (Beforehand):

2. Create a Google Sheet with proper column headers matching the data you’ll fetch:

Campaign Name

Ad Set

Impressions

Clicks

Leads

Spend

CPL

Date

⚠️ If these columns don’t match, you’ll get the 400 error while adding rows.

3. Map Fields Accurately:

When adding multiple rows, ensure each FB Ads field is mapped correctly to its respective Sheet column.

Example: campaign_name → Campaign Name, spend → Spend.

4. Insert Rows into Google Sheets:

Each lead submission will add a new row with its ad performance metrics.

This gives you real-time lead + ad performance tracking in one place.
