Action – Fetch Contact Details

Ensures all contact information is correctly retrieved before sending to Campaign Monitor.

Uses the same fields captured in the trigger (email, first name, last name, phone) to fetch full contact details.

Action – Add Subscriber in Campaign Monitor

Adds the contact as a subscriber in Campaign Monitor.

The subscriber’s name is mapped from the first_name field from ActiveCampaign.

Email can also be mapped similarly to ensure correct subscription.

Notes & Tips:

Make sure the field mappings (first_name, last_name, email, phone) match exactly with both ActiveCampaign and Campaign Monitor.

You can optionally add a condition if you want to subscribe only contacts from a specific list, tag, or segment.

Test the workflow with a sample contact to ensure data flows correctly before enabling it fully.
