Use AI to Build Workflows

You can use the AI to help you create and edit a workflow. Describe the workflow you want, and AI will create a basic outline of a trigger and one or more actions, then help you configure, test, and refine each step.

Let’s begin

1. Inside your workspace > Home, you'll see the option "Find automation ideas with AI."

   

   
   

2. Alternatively, in a new flow, you can describe your desired workflow in the AI prompt box at the bottom of the workflow editor.

   

   
   

3. After providing the prompt, AI will work on the flow and give you a result in the form of a trigger and actions.
   
   

4. If the flow generated by AI meets your requirements, click on Apply. Otherwise, feel free to provide a more detailed prompt for better results.

   

   
   

5. AI will also help you map fields, confirm them, guide you in finding the appropriate data to map, and more.

You can refine your workflow at any time by chatting with AI in the prompt box at the bottom of the editor When you're done, click Set live in the top right corner to turn your workflow on.
